Pac-12 Game Called, Beavers and Ducks Still On
On the eve of the beginning of the Pac-12 conference football season, one school has had to cancel its first game due to a positive COVID-19 test. The opener between Cal and Washington had to be cancelled after a single positive test because it left the Cal team with less than the minimum number of scholarship players available for the game according to Pac-12 guidelines. So far the season is still a go for the Oregon Ducks and the Oregon State Beavers. both teams are slated to start tomorrow. The Ducks will take on Stanford at home tomorrow afternoon and the Beavers host Washington State tomorrow evening. Both games will be broadcast over coast radio, the Ducks at KCST 106.9 and the Beavers at KCFM 104.1. Coverage for the Ducks begins at 3 and the Beavers broadcast begins at 6:30.
