Athlete of the Week
The Sports Club, the Siuslaw News and Coast Radio Sports Congratulate Siuslaw junior basketball player Brody Terry. Brody has been a consistent contributor to the team over their 6 game run and on Saturday knocked down 22 points with 6 3-pointers in the win against Elmira.
Mapleton Sailor senior AJ Moso is the honorable mention. AJ led the team with 21 points in their 62-9 win over Crow last week.

The Vikings are set to host Junction City this evening with a 5:30 pregame on KCST.
Beavers Headed to Texas
The Oregon State Beavers will be in Fort Worth Texas to begin the first round of the NCAA Regionals. The Beavers will take on Dallas Baptist as the second regional seed. The game will broadcast on KCFM beginning at 10:30 Friday morning.
Ducks Host Central Connecticut
The Oregon Ducks are ranked 14 overall in the nation and will start their journey in the college World Series against Central Connecticut. That game will begin at 2 pm on Friday.
