Wrestling Today
Hayden Muller will compete for a state title today in wrestling at Cottage Grove. Events begin at 10 am.
The boy’s tournament will be tomorrow and Saturday at Cascade High School in Turner, Oregon. Competition begins at 11 am on Friday and continues at 11 am on Saturday. Spectators will be by invitation only according to wrestling coach Neil Wartnik.
Ems Win Again
The Eugene Emeralds came from behind with a 5 run 7th inning which included a 3 run homer by Ismael Munguia. It was Manguia’s 4th homer of the season and it gave the Ems a 7-5 lead which would be the games final. More Ems baseball from PK Park tonight at 7:05.
