Ems Split Double-header
The Eugene Emeralds split a double header with the Everett Aquasox yesterday in Everett, Washington. In the early game the Ems drove in a couple of runs with a pair of doubles in the top of the third inning to win the game 2-0. In the nightcap the Ems came out swinging and took a 2-0 lead in the bottom of the second inning, but the Aquasox answered in the bottom with 5 runs including a grand slam from the Sox Kaden Polcovich, his tenth homer of the season. The Sox added four more runs and the Ems added 4. Finals score 9-6 Aquasox. Game 4 of the seven game series is tonight from Funko Field.
