Official Shortage/Viking Basketball
A shortage of officials is still affecting high school sports. The OSAA is actively recruiting for officials to work across the board in football, basketball and other sports. Tonight the Siuslaw Vikings will hit the court for the first game of the basketball season with a pre-season match at home against Bandon. This evening’s games will begin with JV girls at 4:15. Boy’s JV at 5:45 and the varsity games begin at 5:45 with the girls beginning first followed by the boys game at 7:15.
College Schedule
The Oregon Duck women’s basketball team will host UC Davis this afternoon. The ladies return to Eugene after a win and two loses in the Bahamas over the weekend.
The lady Beavers will also be on the court at home today with a mid-day game against Pacific.
The OSU men’s team will play tomorrow in Berkeley, California as they take on Cal beginning at 7 pm on KCFM.
The Oregon Duck men are at home tonight to face UC Riverside beginning at 6:30 on KCST.
