The Siuslaw Vikings were at home last night against Elmira. The lady Viks were handily defeated 59-10. The Viking boys came within 8 points at the end Elmira put up the win 53-45.
Mapleton Basketball
The Mapleton Sailors Celebrated Senior Night at home last night facing the Mohawk Mustangs. For the boys, their lone senior Joe Shepard scored more than half of the Sailors points putting up 17 in the 59-28 loss.
The lady sailors recognized 4 seniors last night, Opal Burress, Jahala Blake, Brier Shird and Micayla Flansberg. Mohawk defeated the Sailor ladies 40-18.
