Ducks Top Gonzaga
The Oregon Ducks were trailing Gonzaga 4-3 when freshman Jacob Walsh hit a line drive double with two men on to lead the Ducks past the Bulldogs. Final 5-4 the Ducks will finish out the season against Arizona beginning tomorrow.
Beavers
The OSU Beavers will host the Bruins of UCLA beginning tomorrow. The Beavers dropped to second in the AP rankings after a pair of losses against Arizona over the weekend.
The first ever Pac-12 tournament will begin on Wednesday, May25.
Viking Baseball
The Siuslaw Vikings are preparing for a play in game. Schedules have not yet been posted, but Coach Tom Shinn says they are tentatively looking at a game against Baker. He says the game will likely play on Saturday. The Vikings finished up the season with a ranking of 19. The top 24 teams will participate in the OSAA playoffs.
