Johnson Begins 28th Year
Siuslaw High School Athletic Director, Chris Johnson begins his 28th year coaching the Cross Country team. Johnson said in a social media post that he thought he would be here one year in a temporary position. Johnson’s teams have won district and state titles during his tenure at Siuslaw and has instilled the joy of running in hundreds of young men and women over the years.
Ems Schedule
The Eugene Emeralds begin a 12 game road series tonight beginning with 6 games against the Hillsboro Hops in Hillsboro, they will then head to Pasco Washington for 6 games against the Tri-City Dust Devils. The Ems are currently leading the Northwest league.
