The Oregon Department of Human services has put out a statewide alert for a missing 16 year old female. Franki Tuloula Mae Salyers-Livingston went missing on August 23rd from the Portland area and is believed to be in danger. She stands 5 foot one inch tall and weighs about 100 pounds with dyed red hair and brown eyes. She also has a septum piercing and both nostrils are pierced.
