El Jefe
High School sports has just about wrapped up for the year. This Saturday there is a special invitation meet for some track and field athletes. El Jefe is scheduled for this Saturday at south Eugene High School with events beginning at 2:15.
College Baseball Regionals
The Road to the college world series begins with the regionals this week. Neither of the Oregon teams will be hosting a regional. The Ducks, despite winning the Pac-12 will be in Nashville, Tn for their first round. They will face Xavier on Friday morning and will face either Vanderbilt or Eastern Illinois on Saturday.
The Oregon State Beavers will be in Louisiana on Friday with an evening game against Sam Houston State and will be on the air on KCFM beginning at 4:30. They will face either LSU or Tulane on Saturday at a time to be determined.
