The Eugene Emeralds stepped out to an early one run lead on the road in Hillsboro yesterday, but the hops took a 3-1 lead in the bottom of the third and never looked back, coming away with a 5-1 win. The loss drops the Ems below .500 on the season, 43 and 44. Game four of the five game series continues this evening.
