Ems Game Cancelled; Ducks Head Inside; Beavers Ranked in Top 25

Ems Game Cancelled

Last night’s Eugene Emeralds game was postponed due to poor air quality.  The Ems office made the announcement yesterday afternoon and no decision has been made on rescheduling.  Tonight’s game is also in jeopardy with predicted poor air quality for the city of Eugene. Those who held tickets for the game can redeem them for another according to the Ems website.

Ducks Head Inside

The Oregon Ducks took training inside yesterday.  The ducks practiced in the Moshofsky center.  With hot temperatures and poor air quality the workout was difficult even inside according to the coaches. After the practice head coach Dan Lanning addressed the media regarding the Duck’s Saturday scrimmage saying there are many things to work on including tackling better.  The ducks plan on more indoor workouts while the weather conditions exist in their current form.
