Viking Soccer
Siuslaw Boys Varsity Soccer adds another win to their season with a shut out of Sweet home last night. The Vikings scored 2 goals. The game was scoreless after the first half but in the second half the Vikings put on the pressure taking 14 shots on goal. Derrick Van Duch scored first for the Vikings. Charles Nelson scored the second for a 2-0 win.
The Siuslaw Girls Soccer team was at Elmira losing to the Falcons 7-3

Viking Volleyball was at home last night against Creswell. The Vikings fell in straight set losing 3-0
Football
The Viking football team will host its first home game of the season this evening at Hans Peterson Field. The Vikings host La Pine. The Hawks have started the season 0 and 2 and have not scored in either of their games. Pregame on KCST will be at 6:45 this evening and Kickoff will be at 7.
The Oregon State Beavers will host San Diego State on Saturday. The game will be broadcast on KCFM beginning at 11:30 with a 12:30 kickoff. The Oregon Ducks will host Hawaii with a 3:30 pregame on KCST and Kickoff at 5pm.
