Duck Women’s Basketball

It wasn’t the easiest of tasks for the Oregon Duck Women’s basketball team last night in the desert, but in the end the Ducks ground down their opponents Grand Canyon university Antelopes.  The Antelopes held a brief lead mid-way through the second quarter, but the Ducks took control and led the rest of the way winning 64-56. The Oregon State Women host UC Davis this evening.

College Basketball

Duck men’s basketball will host Tennessee State university this evening.  The game will be broadcast on KCST beginning at 5:30.

The Oregon State Beavers will on the court against Nebraska tomorrow beginning at 12:30 on KCFM.

Pac-12 Football

Pac-12 football will be the focus around the nation tomorrow as the number 10 Beavers will host the undefeated number 5 Washington Huskies. Sports pundits around the nation are not giving much love to the red hot Beavers.  Beaver Head Coach Jonathan Smith knows the prowess that the team will be facing.

“You know Washington is playing the game at the highest level you can, uh really good on both sides, well coached, one of the best quarterbacks in the country throwing it to some of the best receivers in the country.”

Still he holds out hope for a victory crediting the fans for being supportive.  Knowing their impact on the final home game of the season.  The Beavers pregame will be on KCFM beginning at 3:30 with a 4:30 kickoff.  The Oregon Ducks will be in the desert tomorrow to face the Sun Devils. Pregame on KCST begins at noon.
