Viking Softball

It was a game that almost went uncompleted.  Yesterday the Siuslaw Softball team was enroute to Elmira for the second part of a game against La Pine.  The game had to be called in April after 3 innings.  The Vikings were stuck in traffic on highway 126 and were eventually offloaded onto smaller buses to make the trip going through Reedsport.  The Vikings were able to complete the game, however La Pine came out the victors 16-4.  Today the team heads to Harrisburg for a double-header to complete the season.

Viking Baseball

The Viking Baseball team will also be at Harrisburg today for the final two games of the season.  The double-header will begin at 2pm and will be broadcast on KCST with a 1:45 pregame.
