Eugene shortstop Jace Peterson hit only his second career pro home run last night, a three run blast to right field in the bottom of the sixth. The shot was the icing on the cake in a 7-3 win over the Spokane Indians at PK Park. Peterson’s first home run, by the way, came the night before. Spokane continues their five game visit to Eugene tonight with game two of the series.
