Northwest League Baseball
The Eugene Emeralds used three runs in the sixth inning to get a lead… then added the winning run in the eighth before holding off a late game rally by the Tri-City Dust Devils for a 4-3 Northwest League baseball victory last night in Pasco, Washington. Four errors… two of those committed by former Oregon pitcher and Dust Devils starter Tyler Anderson contributed to the Tri-City loss.
The win evens the five game series at one apiece… the teams meet again this evening.
