Taking a look at Coast Radio Sports:
The Three Rivers Sandblasters committed five errors in their season opener yesterday; falling 9-1 to the Withnell Dodgers in Florence. Zach Inskeep, Jonathon Bennison and Tyler Campbell accounted for the ‘Blasters only hits. Brad Snow went six innings on the mound for the loss. He gave up 11 hits. Wade Doane, of Reedsport, threw three hitless innings of relief.
The two teams meet again this afternoon at Willamette University in Salem for a double header.
