Siuslaw spots Lancers a win in the first game
The South Umpqua Lancers won the first game last night, but the Siuslaw Vikings swept the next three to claim a 3-1 Far West Volleyball victory in Myrtle Creek.
The Vikings will host defending league champion Marshfield tomorrow night.

Mapleton gets first Mountain West win
In Mapleton, the Sailors picked up their first win of the season, 3-2 over the Eddyville Eagles.
The Eagles won the first two games, followed by two wins by Mapleton to set up the final. The Sailors came out on top 15-5.
The Waldport Irish will be at Mapleton High School tomorrow for a non-league match.
