NEW YORK (AP) — Kristaps Porzingis scored 31 points with 9 rebounds as the New York Knicks downed the Portland Trail Blazers last night, 107-103. Derrick Rose scored 18 points with six of them coming in the game’s late stages, while Damian Lillard led the Trail Blazers with 22 points.

LAHAINA, Hawaii (AP) — Dillon Brooks hit a long 3-pointer with 22 seconds left in overtime and totaled 17 pints as 13th-ranked Oregon beat Tennessee at the Maui Invitational. Oregon struggled to score for a second straight game, shooting just 34 percent. Detrick Mostella led the Volunteers with 22 points.

SEATTLE (AP) — Nicolas Lodeiro scored on a penalty kick and the Seattle Sounders beat the Colorado Rapids in Leg One of their MLS Western Conference finals last night. Seattle takes a key one-goal advantage into the series as it resumes Sunday in Colorado.

EUGENE, Ore. (AP) — Ruthy Hebard scored 15 points with 10 rebounds and Oregon downed No. 24 Michigan State 88-55. The Ducks got off to a slow start but recovered to shoot 53 percent for the night. Tori Jankoska scored 18 points for Michigan State.

CORVALLIS, Ore. (AP) — Marquette upset No. 22 Oregon State, with Natisha Hiedeman and Allazia Blockton combining for 47 points. Marie Gulich hit for 20 points to lead OSU while Sydney Wiese had 15 points and 11 assists.

SEATTLE (AP) — Chantel Osahor had a triple-double and 15th-ranked Washington crushed Idaho 105-53, setting an NCAA record for 3-point attempts. Kelsey Plum had 27 points for the Huskies along with 21 rebounds. The two teams shot a combined 92 3-point attempts.

SEATTLE (AP) — David Crisp scored 26 points to lead Washington in a 94-88 win over Long Beach State. Evan Payne led Long Beach State with 19 points.

TULSA, Okla. (AP) — Junior Etou scored 17 points and made two baskets down the stretch to help Tulsa hold off Oregon State 75-64. Jaleel Wheeler added 16 points in the win. Tres Tinkle scored 19 points for Oregon State.
