Lady Beavers Miss Playoffs
The Oregon State women fell out of the post season in regional play Sunday after falling in a six run shut out to Alabama.
Heimlich Named PAC 12 Pitcher
Oregon State Beaver Pitcher, Luke Heimlich has been honored as the PAC 12 pitcher of the week for the eighth time in his career. Heimlich struck out 14 batters in 8 and a 1/3 innings in the Beaver’s 4-0 win against USC. It was his 13th win of the season which leads the nation.
Spencer Takes 4th Place in State Championships
Mapleton High School Senior Cole Spencer placed fourth in the state in the high jump with a personal record 5 ft -10 in last week’s OSAA 1a championships.
