AOTW: Brody Terry
The Sports Club, the Siuslaw News and Coast Radio Sports congratulate Viking sophomore basketball player Brody Terry as this week’s Athlete of the Week. Terry had an exceptional week on the basketball court scoring 16 points in the overtime win against Cottage Grove and 18 points in the 52-43 win against Mazama.
Honorable mention goes to Viking Wrestler Hayden Muller who finished in first place in the 135 pound weight category at Saturday’s Nick Lutz Invitational.

Skyem League Basketball tonight has Siuslaw on their home boards taking on the Marist Spartans. Pregame on KCST is at 5:30, game one of the evening tips off at 5:45, the Lady Viks and Spartan girls tips off at 7:15.
Mapleton is on the hardwood of Siltez Valley for a Mountain West League Double header. The girls tip off at 5:30, the boy’s game follows at 7 o’clock.
