Mapleton Girls Lose in Close Battle
The Mapleton Sailor Girls were on the court last night in a Mountain West League Playoff. They faced Siletz Valley. The girls entered the contest having won their last 5 games of the season, but were thwarted by the Warriors 45-40 last night. Briena Jensen led the girls with 17 points, 8 rebounds and one assists in the Sailor loss.
Viking Playoffs
The Viking Boys will be on the hardwood tomorrow night in Junction City to take on the Tigers. The winner of the match will then face Marshfield on Monday night at Marshfield at 6 pm.
Ducks and Beavers on the Court
Men’s Pac Twelve action tonight has Oregon on the road to Tempe to face the Arizona State Sun Devils. Pregame from the Valley of the Sun is at 5:30, tip off this evening is at 6 o’clock. Oregon State is in Tucson to face the Wildcats of Arizona. Pregame on KCFM is at 4:30, tip off at 5 o’clock.
