Pritchard Honored
With all athletics closed down for the time being, focus is being turned to what has transpired in the recent past. Yesterday the Oregon Ducks star point guard Payton Pritchard became the first Duck in the school’s history to be considered for the Citizen Naismith Trophy. Prictchard is one of 5 finalists and was the PAC-12 player of the year. Pritchard is also a finalist for the Bob Cousy Point Guard of the year award. Pritchard will learn next week if he will be named to the top of the list.
Lady Ducks Finish High on AP Poll
The end of the season poll for the Lady Ducks finds them finishing the season with their highest rating ever. The Ducks finish at #2 for the year after a 31-2 record for the seaton. The PAC-12 had six teams in the final AP to 25.
