Student Athletes Want A Say
Student Athletes are not ready to give up their season just yet. There is a movement across the nation which includes Oregon athletes. There are two student groups that have different agendas, but are united in purpose to keep the season alive. Marked by the hashtags #weareunited and #wewanttoplay, students are demanding a say in the final decision on the college football season. A decision that could come down today. The Pac-12 CEO group is expected to meet today to discuss the possibility of moving or cancelling the 2020-2021 season. The overall consensus of the top 5 conferences is that the best move is to cancel the season, but players and even coaches are hoping that their voices will be heard.
