Viking Schedule Change
The Siuslaw Viking Boys Basketball team will play Junction City on Saturday, but a cancellation of some JV games caused the move from a 4 o’clock tip off to a 2:30 pm tip off. The conflict with the Oregon Ducks will not allow for the game to be broadcast on KCST. Fluctuating schedules due to the COVID-19 pandemic are mostly to blame for the changes. Coast Radio is looking into possible options to still carry the game. The Lady Vikings are still scheduled tomorrow evening at Elmira with a 5:45 tip-off.
Beavers Loss
The Oregon State Beavers have now lost their last 8 games but put up a fight against the California Golden Bears last night. The Beavers Jordan Shephard put up 15 points in the 63-61 loss.
Ducks Tonight
The Oregon Ducks will host the Stanford Cardinal this evening on KCST beginning at 5:30. The Ducks hope to expand their win streak to 4
