Volleyball
Siuslaw Volleyball travels to North Bend High School today to face both North Bend and Marshfield in non-league play. Up first will be the match with Marshfield at 3:30 pm followed by North Bend at 6:30.
Soccer
Siuslaw Soccer will play on Thursday at Junction City.
Friday Night Lights Return
This Friday evening the Siuslaw Viking will host Newport for the beginning of football season. Coach Sam Johnson says practices have been going well and they look forward to the start of the season.
“Hopefully we will have it all figured out. You know that’s kind of the goal to have our base offense installed and week by week slowly add stuff and tweak stuff.”
Game time at Hans Petersen Field it 7pm with a 6:30 pregame on KCST.
