Athlete of the Week
The Sports Club, the Siuslaw News and Coast Radio Sports congratulate sophomore Will Johnson as this week’s Athlete of the Week. Will excelled on both sides of the ball with 3 touchdowns on offense including a 61 yard touchdown pass and a special teams touchdown on an 82 yard kick-off return. And on defense he shared in two sacks. In the Vikings 60-20 Victory over LaPine.
Honorable Mention goes to Mapleton Volleyball player junior Morgan Milbrett who recorded 7 aces and 4 kills in match one against Jewel on Friday and 7 aces and 2 kills in the second match.
