Makeup softball will have to wait until next week.
Viking Softball had been scheduled for a makeup game yesterday against the Douglas Trojans in Winston; but that was postponed yet again because of the weather. The two teams are now scheduled to meet Monday evening. Meanwhile, today the Lady Viks will host the North Bend Bulldogs for two Far West League games beginning at three.

The Vikings will be at Clyde Allen Field in North Bend for two games against the Bulldogs. First pitch of game one is at three. The pregame show on KCST is at 2:45.

The Siuslaw Vikings are in their final tuneup prior to next week’s District Meet. The Vikings and 17 other 4A teams will compete at the Wally Ciochetti (kuh-SHETT-ee) Invitational in Cottage Grove. Mapleton Track and Field will be in Toledo this evening for the Boomer Twilight.
College baseball this weekend…
The Ducks are on the diamond in the desert for three Pac-12 games beginning today against the Arizona State Sun Devils in Tempe. The Beavers are in Tucson for three against the Wildcats of Arizona. Those will air on KCFM… the pregame show tonight is at 6:30; tomorrow’s pregame show is at six and then Sunday’s action begins at 11:30 AM.
