Play-In For Lady Vikings
The Lady Vikings will be traveling to Astoria to take on the Fishermen in a one off play in. Astoria is 16-6 overall and 4-4 in league play. Date and time for the match has yet to be determined, but the announcement should come today.
Run For The Brownies
Brendon Jensen and Hannah Rannow topped the list of runners in the 3000 meter run for the brownies yesterday. A total of 10 Vikings topped the leader board for the boys and the top six runners for the girls were also Vikings.
Prep Football
Prep football action tonight Siuslaw is at home this evening hosting LaPine. Pregame on KCST is at 6:45, kick off between the Vikings and Hawks is at 7 o’clock over Coast Radio Sports from Hans Petersen Memorial Field.
Mountain West League regular season schedule closes out tonight with the Sailors on the road to Drain to take on the Warriors. Kick off between Mapleton and North Douglas is set for 7 o’clock.
Collegiate Gridiron
Collegiate Grid Iron action Saturday it’s Oregon at home hosting Washington State at 7:30 at Autzen Stadium Eugene. Pregame on KCST is at 6 o’clock. The Oregon State Beavers have a bye this week, before taking on Arizona next Saturday.
